NFO Period – 15 Days. 30 Days for tax saving schemes

AMC- Assets Management Company

NAV- Current market price of the unit (Net Assets Value)






Redemption /Repurchase- Surrender of units

Additional purchase – Buying Additional units (TOP UP)

Switch- Switching from one fund to another fund 

Folio No. – Investment account number of the investor. Invest may hold multiple schemes under a single folio.

KYC- Know your customer

SIP- Systematic Investment Plan

STP- Systematic Transfer Plan

SWP- Systematic Withdrawal Plan

AUM- Asset under Management
