How you can send a message on WhatsApp without saving the number?
Step1.

And paste it on your web browser address bar.
Step2.
Enter phone number of recipient
In the place of "xxxxxxxxxx" enter the 10 digit mobile number that you want to send message. Remove 91 or 0 before starting number.
And click go.
Step3.
Sending Messages
You will be redirected to your WhatsApp chat being open for the said contact. Type your message and send.
